What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept flexible order quantities starting from 200–500 pieces to 20,000-30,000pcs depending on the item. This helps new fashion brands get started with low investment.
Do you offer design support?
Yes. Our R&D team assist from the initial idea, technical design, fabric selection, all the way to final production. Just send us your reference or concept picture, and we’ll help bring it to life.
Can I provide my own fabric or designs?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to send your custom fabric or design. Alternatively, we offer a wide selection of fabrics for you to choose from.

How long does production take?
Production time usually ranges from 15–30 working days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
Can you add my brand labels and packaging?
Of course. We offer private labeling and custom packaging services so your brand is fully represented in every detail.
Payment & Delivery
What are the available payment terms?
We can accept Paypal for small payment. T/T or L/C at sign for bulk payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries including the USA, Australia, Europe, Uruguay, ASEAN and more. We offer various shipping methods depending on your needs and budget.
Can I choose my own shipping provider?
Absolutely. You can use your preferred shipping agent (FOB, EXW terms), or we can help arrange shipping through trusted partners like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or via our sea/air freight agent.
Do you handle import-export documents?
Yes. We provide full export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Quality (CQ), and can work under various Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) depending on your requirements.
How long does delivery take?
International express (by air): 3–7 working days.
International sea freight: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and port.
